Another outstanding voice for Athlete Advocacy is Callum Skinner, a Olympic track cyclist from Scotland. In this op-ed he asks the question “How low do federations sink before the IOC steps in?” The discussion focuses primarily on one sport’s federation, weightlifting, but the questions seem to be applicable across the field of all Olympic sports.

Unfortunately, there doesn’t seem to be an answer to the opening question. Does this mean the bottom has not yet been hit?
